Mozzo Coffee Capsules Delivery Policy

The minimum order is 50 capsules (5 tubes) and orders of anything up to 600 capsules must be made in multiples of 50 capsules. For orders over 600 capsules, please call 02380 700 007 or email capsules@mozzocoffee.com.

Standard delivery is free for orders of 150 capsules and over and we aim for next working day (when ordered before 12pm) but please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of your order.  Delivery charges for orders under 150 capsules are £4.95 for our standard next (working) day delivery.

Orders placed after 12pm Mon-Thurs will be shipped the following working day for delivery the next working day (2 days). Orders placed after 12pm on a Thursday will be shipped on Friday for delivery Monday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

We partner with DPD for all our deliveries. They will send you handy updates on your order by text message to the telephone number you give when ordering (we only use your phone number to contact you about your order or delivery)

If you think are not going to be in, please specify a safe place, neighbour or alternative address the delivery driver can leave your order. You can also amend this with DPD once your order has been shipped. If you have a full capsules recycling bag to send off, please request this via the website (at time of placing your next capsules order) and ensure it is left in the same specified place.

We are able to deliver to UK and Northern Ireland but please allow an extra day delivery for orders to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands & Islands.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally as standard at the moment. Should you want capsules shipped to an international address please call the Mozzo Masters on 02380 700 007 (Mon-Fri 8.30-5.30) or email capsules@mozzocoffee.com.

 

Mozzo Coffee Capsules Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Mozzo Coffee Capsules however, if you would like to return your order please get in touch via the form, email capsules@mozzocoffee.com or call 02380 700 007 and one of the friendly Mozzo Masters will be happy to help.

You will be able to return your capsules for an exchange or refund provided they meet the criteria below.

Returning capsules because they’re not wanted

Please return your unused, unopened capsules in original condition (as it was received by you, in a saleable condition) and original packaging within 14 days of date of delivery. Please be sure to enclose a completed returns form so we know it’s you. Once received in required condition at Mozzo World we will issue an exchange or refund within 14 days.

Return capsules because there is a fault in the product

In the unlikely event of a fault with your capsules, please get in touch (via details above) Once return agreed with the friendly Mozzo Masters, please then send to us with proof of postage within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please be sure to enclose a completed returns form so we know it’s you. Once received in required condition at Mozzo World we will issue an exchange or refund within 14 days plus the original cost of delivery (if originally paid) and postage to send back to us.

After 30 days, we reserve the right to offer you an exchange of product.

 

Cancelling your order

We aim to ship for next day delivery so if your order has been processed already, you probably won’t be able to cancel it before it reaches you. But, remember that you still have the right to cancel (return) the capsules for up to 14 days after you’ve received your order.
